Aqua Pharmacy Inc sells a variety of products ranging from drugs including medical prescriptions ( RX ), over the counter ( OTC ) and self prescribed, natural health, skin care, cosmetics, stationery, reading/sunglasses, beach gears, kids toys, snacks, phone top ups, fresh food and drinks. We directly process Barbados Drug Service Prescriptions and accept Sagicor CariCARE cards, major credit and debit cards.
NOTE: All the products are available on the online catalog for browsing and ordering except for medical prescriptions (RX) and over the counter ( OTC ) products which sales can only be processed at our shop in the presence of the patience.
All our products can be ordered online to be usually collected at the shop, delivery service is available on request,
the cost depends on destination; shipping to different locations within Barbados can be arranged by contacting the pharmacy at +1 246 622-AQUA (2782).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Unfortunately we are not yet organized for international deliveries.
Orders can be cancelled by contacting the pharmacy at +1 246 622-AQUA (2782). Order Cancellation is not possible in the following cases:
- At least one product included in the order has been given to the customer ( either collected or delivered ).
- At least one product included in the order required a custom preparation which has already been initiated at the time of the cancellation request.
Prescription Products
Aqua Pharmacy is governed by Barbados Drug Services regulations that do not allow us to accept returns of medications that were correctly filled and shipped as a result of an
order placed. If your prescription order arrives damaged or you have any other questions about returning your order, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
In some cases doctors or prescribers, depending on medical condition, may require a change in medication directions for use and/or frequency of use. You should follow
your doctor's orders. However, we cannot accept returns or refund the cost of medications once we have shipped the order to you. We will always contact or verify your
prescription before order shipment so usually, but not always, the order has the most up to date prescriber's orders available.
Non Prescription Products
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of your non-prescription purchases and wish to return them, please contact Customer Support for instructions. Please be prepared to
provide your order number, the reason for the return, depending on the reason of the return we may offer replacement product, credit or a refund.
When your order is received, check to make sure these item(s) are working. We will credit or exchange unused, defective items in their original packaging. Items returned without
original packaging or after 15 days will not be refunded. We do not accept items that have been opened or used unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt. All returns should be accompanied by the original receipt included with the shipment. In case of returning unwanted but
non-defective products a 15% restocking will be applied to the refund, credit or replacement.
